How to collect from a Sweaty Betty shop

  • Choose a local Sweaty Betty shop to collect from at checkout.
  • We will email you when your items are ready to collect.
  • We’ll hold your order for 4 weeks and after that we’ll return it and refund you. Please check the opening times of your local Sweaty Betty shop.

How to Collect from a Waitrose

  • Choose a local Waitrose shop to collect from at checkout.
  • Bring your Ready to Collect email and ID to the Waitrose Customer Collection point.
  • Your order will be held for 7 days – after that, we’ll return it and refund you.
